Tavola - a fresh signature for healthy food

 

Creative Catering is a Romanian company providing services for cafeteria administration, industrial catering, catering delivery and events catering. Its clients are companies of various dimensions, local or multinational, institutions, office buildings & parks, business centers, schools, kindergartens, hospitals and individuals. The Re:ply team has elaborated naming and identity for Creative Catering’s cafeteria network – with locations in Iride Business Park, Atlantis Club, Upground Cafeteria, Danone Cafeteria, BRD Cafeteria and West Gate Park Cafeteria.

The cafeterias will function under the name of Tavola, a word with a warm and pleasant sonority, which means “table” in Italian.
 
Based on the cafeterias’ features and services provided, Re:ply has also defined the brand vocabulary, which sets the language used by Tavola when communicating with its target. Tavola speaks directly, clearly and briefly, without using metaphors or precious language, because it is an accessible, relaxed and friendly brand.
 
The Tavola logo looks like a signature, which sends out the idea that someone is directly involved and invests his/her knowledge and soul in the food prepared for the clients. The color of the logo, pastel green, has been chosen to support the fact that Tavola always offers fresh and healthy food.
 
Re:ply has also created the concept for location branding, which will be implemented gradually in the cafeteria network. The client’s wish was to support, through this media also, the message that Tavola provides healthy, fresh, diversified food.
 
Our solution was to apply oversized monochrome illustrations on the cafeterias’ walls, representing the main categories of products used by Tavola’s cooks: vegetables, meat, fruit. Each illustration is in one of the pastel colors of the Tavola chromatic palette, and is accompanied by a short message describing the benefits brought to the organism by food in that category.
