Tavola – a “slice” of culinary culture
Corina Ochea, Account Manager, and Diana Capatina, Creative Director at Re:ply, attended the event that marked the launch of Tavola Events company, as well as the brand Tavola. Re:ply was in charge of creating the identity of this new entity: name, logo, color scheme, fonts family, brand vocabulary.
Tavola offers services for all kinds of events, the main differentiator being the fact that it succeeds bringing to life during each event the spirit of the company and the brand it works for. “Some of you have already worked with us”, said Monica Simion, General Manager, Tavola. “We thank you for that and we hope to work with you in the future as well. For those that discover us just now, we hope to convince you from now on that we are trustworthy, prompt, flexible and creative partners when it comes to catering services for events.”
The guests at the Diesel terrace bar on the shore of the Herastrau lake enjoyed a special culinary trip around the world. The four destinations that hosts proposed were Italy, Germany, Turkey and India. For each, the Tavola team prepared specific dishes and re-created some of the country specific atmosphere elements and customs.
Mark Krall, the young Austrian chef of Tavola, recent winner of the popularity award at the Open Cooking Championship, also joined the event and presented his recently published salad recipes book.
