Quintet Asset Management Keeps Placing its Stakes on the Romanian Real Estate Market

On February 10th, we witnessed the official launch of Quintet, an asset management company founded by Michael Lloyd. The company’s activity consists of managing investors’ and banks’ money and assets.

Lloyd thinks that real estate markets work in 7-year cycles (in Romania, such a cycle, 2001-2008, has just ended) and that the actual times provide lots of opportunities for those with a visionary spirit.  

The launch of Quintet consisted in a conference for the business journalists, who had the opportunity to talk directly to the company’s managing team, professionals with international real estate experience: Stratos Angelinos, CEO, Simon Trappes-Lomax, Chief Commercial Officer, Paul Jeremy Phillips, Chief Development Officer and Ross MacDiarmid, Chief Investment Officer.
